Refund Policy

  1. Introduction

 Rose & Gingham (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates roseandgingham.com (hereinafter referred to as “Service”).

 This refund policy (“Policy”, “Refund Policy”) covers the use of our website located at roseandgingham.com and any issues that may arise upon the use of our products/services.

 By purchasing our products/services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Policy and agree to be bound by it.

 If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) the Policy, then you can refuse to use our services.

  1. All Sales Are Final

 We issue no refunds for items bought, as all sales are final.

  1. Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible for substantially defective items that were deemed defective from production. Items that are suspected to be defective can only be returned to the address of production, a predetermined pickup location, or our curbside pickup location. We will be unable to issue an exchange without the receipt of the item(s) purchased.

  1. Pickup Services

 We do not facilitate door-to-door pickup services for suspected defective products.

  1. Return Time Limit

 Suspected defective items can only be returned within seven (7) days of purchase.

  1. Return Shipping

 The buyer will be responsible for the shipping/return of a suspected defective item.

  1. Refundable Shipping/Delivery Costs

Shipping/delivery costs are non-refundable. However, Rose & Gingham will provide free delivery back to the buyer with a suitable replacement once the item has been inspected and proven to be defective, with the defect being caused by Rose & Gingham’s production.

  1. Item Inspection for Returns/Exchanges

 Rose & Gingham MUST inspect the item before an exchange is provided. If the item is determined to be damaged from any other source other than Rose & Gingham’s production practices, the buyer will not receive an exchange. Inspections can be done via messaging applications, like WhatsApp, if the buyer desires.

  1. Distributors/Retail Providers

 Rose & Gingham will not issue exchanges for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors, freelance salesmen or retail partners.

  1. Discounted Items

 Discounted items are not eligible for a return/exchange.
